1 sheet Pepperidge Farm puff pastry thawed
1 14 oz wheel Brie ( can use plain or herbed variety)
1 4 oz. package of garlic/herb semi-soft cheese (Boursin, Rondele, Alouette)
1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out sheet gently on lightly floured surface to remove fold marks. Place Brie in center and spread with 1/2 soft cheese. Turn Brie over and spread with remaining soft cheese. Bring pastry up and around sides and over cheese, trimming excess. Use egg wash to seal creases and overlaps. Turn over and place seam side down on in an oven proof serving dish. Brush with egg wash. Scraps of dough can be used for decoration on the top. Bake at 375º until golden brown - about 30 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before serving otherwise cheese will flow out like lava.
