8 oz. cream cheese - softened
6 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp. brandy
3 oz. Edam or Gouda grated
3 oz Gruyere cheese grated
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Place in shallow baking dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes - until hot and bubbling. Serve with slices of apple and pear for dipping.
