8 ounce carton sour cream
8 ounce pkg cream cheese – softened
2 ripe avocados, mashed
Diced onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Squirt of lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Whip above ingredients until fluffy and spread on a platter. Top with shredded lettuce, diced onion, small bits of tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese (diced black olives are also good). Dip with tortilla chips.
