Ingredients:  
1 large package frozen carrots or 5 cups fresh
1 medium onion chopped
1 small green pepper chopped
1 cup sugar
½ (scant) cup cooking oil
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ can tomato soup
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in salted water until tender, drain and cool. Add onion and green pepper, and set aside. Put the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour over carrots and toss to coat all. Refrigerate for at least several hours, overnight.
