1 ready to use refrigerated pie crust
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 red and/or green apples, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 t. cinnamon sugar
Cool Whip or Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450º. Line a 9-inch pie pan with crust. Carefully spread cream cheese in 6-inch center of crust. Toss apples with sugar and flour. Spoon on top of cream cheese. Fold crust partially over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 25 min. at 450º, covering loosely with foil for last 5 min. Cool.
