1 cup grits
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 stick margarine
1 stick (roll) of Kraft garlic cheddar cheese*
2 eggs

*If you can't find this, you can substitute garlic salt for the regular salt and use 6-8 oz. of Velveeta cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in water and salt. Add chopped margarine and cheese. Stir to dissolve. Add small amount to stirred eggs. Pour egg mixture into grits. Stir to mix. Pour in buttered casserole dish (9x13). Bake at 350 until brown—about 1 hour.
