Dorito Chips ( taco or plain)
Lettuce ( shredded)
Cheddar Cheese ( grated)
Avocado ( chopped
Red Onion (chopped)
Black Olives (chopped)
Green Pepper (chopped) opt.
Tomatoes (chopped)


Meat Sauce:
2 lbs. ground beef
large onions, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)
2 cans (8 oz. ) tomato sauce
3 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
3 - 6 oz. cans of water

Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onions and add other ingredients from meat sauce recipe. Simmer 1 hr. to all day. Serve buffet style with the chips, meat sauce and chopped vegetables.
