2 conejos sin vísceras y sin piel
1 cebolla roja picadita
2 cucharaditas de ajos molidos
3 poros en trozos chicos
1 cucharada de mostaza francesa
2 vasos de vino blanco seco
uvas blancas peladas
sal y pimienta
tomillo

Directions:

En una olla hacer un aderezo con la cebolla, ajo y poros en aceite de oliva.

Agregar los conejos enteros, el vino y la mostaza. Condimentar con sal, pimienta y tomillo.Dejar cocinar por unos 15 minutos.

Sacar los conejos y trozarlos. (se cocinan primero 15 minutosy luego se trozan para evitar que los huesos, que son tan delicados, se astillen.) Reservar los lomos y regresar el resto a la olla. Cuando este cocido, agregarle los lomos y las uvas peladas. Darle un hervor y servir.
