1 Pato entero sin piel
1 kilo de manzanas
2 copas de Calvados (licor de manzanas)
sal y pimienta

Directions:
Directions:
Salar el pato por dentro y por fuera y agregarle pimienta recien molida. Rellenarlo con las cascaras y corazones de las manzanas y rocear el interior con una copa de Calvados.

Llevar al horno destapado e irlo roceando de a pocos con la otra copa de licor o mas si fuera necesario.

Cuando esté casi cocido, agregarle las manzanas en tajadas (se deben agregar casi al final para que no se deshagan). Cocinar y servir acompan~ado de frijoles verdes frescos o couscous.
