1 pan campesino
300 grs. de queso gruyere rallado (se puede combinar con gouda)
100 grs. de blue cheese desmenuzado
½ taza de queso parmesano rallado
¼ taza de crema de leche
2 Chdas. de vino blanco
Sal y pimienta
Nuez moscada

Cortar la parte superior del pan y retirar la miga del interior. Cortar la miga en palitos y tostarlos. Con esto se come la fondue.

En una olla a fuego medio, derretir los quesos con la crema de leche y el vino, hasta integrar los ingredientes y que se evapore el alcohol. Sazonar con una pizca de nuez moscada, sal (si necesitara) y pimienta. Retirar.

Vaciar la mezcla caliente al interior del pan campesino, cubrir con la tapa de pan reservada y llevar al horno a 150° C durante unos 15 min.

Retirar del horno y ponerlo al centro de una fuente y rodearlo con los palitos de pan tostado. Servir caliente como una fondue.

Variación:
Cortar la tapa en palitos y tostarlos. Llevar el pan relleno al horno, sin tapa, hasta que gratine.
