Poros (sólo la parte blanca y un poquito de lo verde claro)
papa blanca (menos cantidad que poros)
un poquito de cebolla blanca picadita
caldo de pollo
sal
Directions:
Directions:
En la olla, rehogar la cebolla picadita en aceite de oliva. Agregar los demas ingredientes y poner a hervir. Condimentar con sal.

Una vez listo, licuar y colar.

Servir con crema y chives en cada plato.
