3 or 4 medium zucchinis
1 or 2 beaten eggs
lour, oil, Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese
2 cups spaghetti sauce or 1 cup tomato sauce and 1 cup spaghetti sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice the zucchinis. Dip in egg then flour. Salt and pepper Fry in oil in several batches. Brown on both sides. Layer in a casserole dish alternating, zucchini, spaghetti sauce and cheese. I make 2 layers of each. Bake in oven until hot and cheese melts.
