1 chicken breast - cooked and cut into cubes
3 eggs
3 cups cooked rice - cooled in refrigerator for 30 minutes
2 T. onion chopped
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1 T. green onion chopped
1 T. sesame seed
4 T. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sesame oil
3-4 T. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Scramble eggs and chop after cooking.
In wok or large skillet, saute chopped onion, green onion and carrots in sesame oil until done. Mix in chopped scrambled egg, chicken and garlic powder.
Break off chunks of rice and mix with vegetable, egg and chicken. Add sesame seed. Add butter and soy sauce into the mixture, stirring well until heated through. Serves 4-6
