2 lbs hamburger 80-20,
1/2 lb sausage,
1 large onion diced,
celery chopped ( to taste),
1 sleeve of crackers (saltine),
1 can chopped tomatoes,
1 can Rotel,
3 eggs,
1 tsp mustard,
salt, pepper, garlic powder and a dash of dill

Directions:

mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl, heat large iron skillet on top of stove until hot, empty meatloaf mixture into skillet then put into a 375º oven and bake for 1 hour. About 15 minutes before meatloaf is done cover top of meatloaf with ketchup and finish baking.
