5 # red potatos, peeled and boiled
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp garlic salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatos, drain and mash. Mix in sour cream
and cream cheese while potatos are hot and beat
well until free of lumps.
2. Place in buttered casserole and cover. Will keep
several days in refrigerator.
3. When ready to serve, bake covered at 350º until
heated through. Stir several times during baking to
fluff potatos and insure even heating of potatos.

This is good to make when serving large groups for the holidays. Avoids the fuss and mess and last minute mixing and mashing etc.
When not using with gravy I sometimes add sautéed minced garlic and then leave on the skins.
