Ingredients:  
- 3 lbs - sweet potatoes - cut up - either cook and peel after, or peel before cooking
- 1/2 cup - butter - melted
- 1/2 cup - brown sugar
- 1/4 cup - orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp - cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp - salt
- 1 1/2 cup - graham crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º F

- cook sweet potatoes in water until tender, drain
- in a large bowl mash the potatoes, add 1/4 cup of the butter, the sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, salt, mix until smooth
- in a small bowl combine the graham crumbs, remaining butter
- spread potatoes in a small casserole dish or square baking pan
- top with graham crumbs
- bake 15 - 20 minutes
