1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Combine all ingredients, except egg and salt. Knead to form dough ball. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Roll each piece into a 10 inch rope. Tie into pretzel twist. Coat each twist with beaten egg & sprinkle with salt.

Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven to cooling rack.
