3 egg yolks 1 heaping T flour
1 c milk 1 c sugar
berries, sour cherries or rhubarb
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make pie crust and roll out to fit kuchen pan. Fill
crust with fruit.
2. Combine flour and sugar, mix well. Add milk and
egg yolks and mix until smooth. our over berries.
2. Bake at 425º for 20 min, and then 375º for another
20 min or until knife inserted into the center comes
out clean.
3. When using rhubarb or cherries use 1 1/2 c sugar.
