6 egg whites 2 c sugar
1 1/2 t vinegar whipped cream or cool whip

1. Beat egg whites until stiff and holds a point.
Gradually beat in sugar alternating with vinegar.
2. Make 2 circles of mixture on foil lined cookie
sheets. Bake at 275 for 60 min.
3. May also make sm individual tortes and bake for
40 min. Leave in oven until completely cooled.
Never open the oven until cooled.
4. Fill with desired fruit (mixed with sugar to macerate,
develop juice) and alternate with whipped cream
or cool whip. Repeat with second layer.
