Ingredients:  
1 lb crisco
1 large yeast (cake- or 3 pks of dry yeast)
2tsp baking powder
7 c flour
1 c milk or water
5 eggs
1 tsp salt

Filling:
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp flour
1 c sugar
2 large cans crushed pineapple (70 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all filling ingredients in pan and cook on stove until thickens. Cool.
Cream sugar and lard. Add eggs and mix. Add yeast that has been dissolved in water or milk (Aunt Nita prefers water). Roll dough and cut into 2" X 2" square. Put 1 tsp of filling in center and fold diagonally. Seal edges.

Bake at 400º until lightly browned ( app 11- 14 minutes)

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
