2gal. tomato-cut into pieces
2T. oil
4 Large onions- chopped
1T, 1t celery seed
1/4c. salt
2c. sugar
1/2T. pepper
1/2lb. butter
1c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and celery seed a few minutes before adding tomatoes. After adding tomato and all are cooked run through sieve or blender. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and seal in jars.

to decrease lumps remove some juice from pan and flour and shake, return back into pan.
