16 ounce New York Strip
one red pepper
one yellow pepper
aged white cheddar
red onion
bunch arugula
basalmic vinegar
garlic butter
ciabatta roll

Directions:
Directions:
Just grill NY strip to whatever doneness you like. Toast both
the red and yellow pepper and take off skins, then julienne.
Thinly slice the red onion. Lightly dress the arugula in a bowl
with the vinaigrette. Smear garlic butter (easy to make if you
let the butter soften and then mix with some garlic powder) on
ciabatta rolls and toast in oven. You don't have to do those on
that order buy just make sure all is done when you want to
combine.
Slice steak about a quarter inch think and lay on toll. Follow
with some of the roasted peppers and then top that with the
cheese. Now add the onion an top that with a handful of the
arugula. Top with roll and eat!
