sal marina
aceite de oliva
ajo en láminas
pimienta chancada
pimienta cayenne
perejil picado

Limpiar los langostinos y ponerlos estirados en un plato, recearles sal marina y refrigerar por media hora.

Aparte, en una ollita de barro, en frio, poner bastante aceite de oliva, bastante ajos en laminas y un poco de pimienta chancada.

Freír el ajo hasta que dore y agregar los langostinos; cocinarlos hasta que cambien de color. Cuando estén rosados, agregar paprika, pimienta cayenne y perejil.

Servir con pan baguette en laminas.
