2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk
2 c. water
1 c. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2/3 c. Splenda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. no-fat sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. Brown Sugar Splenda

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray an 8" X 8" baking dish with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine dry milk powder and 3/4 c. water. In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 c. cocoa, Splenda, baking powder, and baking soda. Add milk mixture, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix gently to combine. Spread batter into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts over top. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining 2 Tbsp. cocoa, Brown Sugar Splenda, and remaining 1 1/4 c. water. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring often. Spoon hot mixture evenly over cake batter. Do not stir. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for at least 15 minutes. Divide into 8 servings. Serve warm or cold.
