1 lb. ground beef
2 cubes bullion
salt
pepper
tortillas
enchilada sauce
tomato sauce
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 small can sliced olives
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef, mixing in bouillon cubes and salt and pepper to taste. Mix 1 part enchilada sauce with 3 parts tomato sauce. Heat. Warm tortillas and dip them into sauce; fill with ground beef and 2 drops of sour cream. Place in baking dish and pour remaining sauce on enchiladas. Top with cheese onions and olives. Warm in oven.
