Use as many eggs as you wish.2 or 3 eggs will make a good size amount. Break eggs into a large mixing bowl. [For every egg use the largest 1/2 of the egg shell to measure the milk]. Add 1 egg shell of milk for each egg. Add a little salt; add flour until stiff enough to roll. Doing a small amount at a time, roll out as thin as you can. Flour well. Roll into a roll and slice thin. Unroll; set aside. Cover with flour. Do the rest of the dough. Let dry. Keep lots of flour on them, lifting them with your fingers every so often. The longer they dry the better they are, Can be cooked as soon as made also. Cook in chicken or beef broth until tender.
