1 lg. round steak 1/2 inch thick
3 c. water
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
salt and pepper
1 onion sliced
1/2 c. mushrooms sliced

350º 13x8 baking dish
Cut meat into serving size portions. In a skillet add oil and dip steak in flour, brown set aside. Pour water in skillet with bouillon. Stir to get juices from meat, add onions and mushrooms, set aside. Place cornstarch in small bowl and add enough cold water to dissolve. Add to bouillon mixture. Place meat in baking dish, cover with bouillon mixture and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or potatoes.
