Breasts, legs and thighs
Bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 cans of chicken gravy

Use chicken pieces of choice, enough to fill 13x8 baking pan. Place butter sliced around bottom of pan.
Beat eggs in shallow bowl and place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in eggs and roll in bread crumbs. For crispier chicken repeat dipping of eggs and bread crumbs. Place in pan skin side down for breast and thighs first. Place in oven 400º for 30 minutes then turn chicken over cook 30 minutes. 10 minutes before done pour canned gravy over chicken. Serve with mash potatoes or rice.
