1 pound bulk sausage
1 (8-Oz) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 C. milk
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until browned. Drain well. (Squeeze with paper towels). Line bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking dish with crescent rolls, pressing perforations firmly to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, beat well, and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 425 for about 20 to 30 minutes until set. Cut into squares to serve.
You can make this the night before and keep refrigerated until ready to cook.
