pinch of salt
4 to 5 cups flour
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Proof yeast by mixing with 1/3 cup of warm milk. Yeast should bubble up after 10 min. Pour yeast mixture together with the rest of the milk and the cake mix along with the salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead on floured counter for 5 to 10 min. Let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.( Place bowl of dough, wrapped in clean bath towel, on a heating pad set on low.) Roll into rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Spread with 1/2 cup melted butter, then sprinkle on cinnamon sugar and brown sugar to taste. Roll wide side towards you and slice into 2 inch thick slices and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Let rise until doubled and bake at 350 until browned. Can brush with melted apple jelly immediately after baking to keep them moist. Make a powdered sugar glaze to drizzle over the top.
