1-cup flour, 1&1/2-cup buttermilk, 1-egg, 1-tbsp. of cooking oil, 1-tsp. salt, 1-tsp. sugar, 1-tsp. baking soda & some regular milk to thin the batter if you need to.

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients and cook on a hot griddle. You may add some fresh blueberries, banana, walnuts, strawberries or whatever you like to the batter too. I also like to warm the syrup up in the microwave. yum. yum.

My kids love these pancakes! They really are the best I have ever eaten. I got this recipe from Shelly when Bruce and I were visiting and loved them. Their boys, Stefan and Ryan were little then and really liked them too.
