1 1/2 cups corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream or buttermilk
1/4 cup salad oil
1 can kernel corn drained (12 ounces)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green canned chili peppers

Preheat oven 350'F. Grease muffin tins. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together eggs, sour cream and oil until smooth. Add corn, cheese, chillies. Mix well. Spoon batter into muffin pans. Bake 25 minutes, but check before this time. Let cool 5 minutes before removing.
