6 onzas de atún fino tipo albacora
10 onzas de atún
4 cucharadas colmadas de mayonesa bien condimentada
1 cucharita de mostaza
1 cucharita de salsa inglesa
1 onza de leche fresca
pimienta fresca
ají molido tipo habanero al gusto
queso provolone o havarti en rajas
pan de molde blanco
Opcional: queso mozarella rallado

Mezclar en un tazón la leche, la mostaza, la salsa inglesa y la pimienta.. Agregar la mayonesa y mezclar bien.

Escurrir el liquido del atún e incorporarlo a la mezcla anterior. Agregar aji al gusto.

Calentar la plancha para sandwiches. Poner la mezcla del atún sobre una raja de pan de molde blanco. Poner una raja de queso encima y tapar con otra rodaja de pan.

Opcional: Agregar un poco de queso mozarella rallado a la mezcla del atún.
