1 lb. ground beef
1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
grated cheese jack or cheddar
1 packet of taco seasoning
bag of taco chips
sour cream
refried beans
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water from packet direction. You want your meat and seasoning a bit on the soupy side.
Chop lettuce, tomato, pepper and mix together in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. Just before you are ready to sit down and eat add meat mixture. Toss well.
After serving; everyone can add what they like. Top with sour cream, refries, salsa, and then crunch chips on top.
