8 oz. cream cheese
Small jar pimentos
(2) hard boiled eggs
2 or 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese, add drained jar of pimento, then add 2 finely chopped hard boiled eggs, and 2 or 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip. Test to see desired thickness. Season with salt & pepper. Serve on bread for sandwiches or with crackers.
