1 stick butter
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
1 Tblsp dried parsley flakes
1 Tblsp. dried minced onion
1 Tblsp. worcestershire sauce
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 C. rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except rice in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Put rice in a greased casserole dish. Pour boiling mixture
over rice. Cover and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or
until liquid is absorbed.
