Chicken - cubed to size for chicken balls
Garlic- minced

BATTER:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil

SAUCE:
Minced garlic - approx. 6 cloves
1 can beef broth or consommé
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt.
Cornstarch

Garnish: Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Chicken: Cube chicken meat into size for chicken balls. Saute garlic in oil and add chicken and cook until done. Set aside, make batter.

Batter: Measure all ingredients into bowl and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Add cooked chicken. Deep fry and drain on paper towels. I have made these to this point and heat up on a cookie sheet for dinner.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and heat to boiling. Thicken with cornstarch and water.

Pour over chicken balls, and garnish with sesame seeds.
