8 chicken legs or 1 package of chicken wings and drummies
1 c. vinegar
1.5 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
steamed white rice

Directions:
Directions:
place thawed chicken in dutch oven pan
pour vinegar in pan and add soy sauce (you may want to add less or more)
add garlic
Boil on high until chicken is fully cooked
Serve with steamed white rice
You can also use the sauce to cover your rice.
