2 T. Butter
1 Banana (cut in half length and cross wise, 4 pieces)
1 T. Brown Sugar
1/8 c. Brandy (or rum)
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium high heat. Add bananas cut side down. Cook until browned. Turn, then add sugar, a dash of cinnamon, and rum. Caution, the hot pan may ignite due to the rum. Carefully ignite rum and let burn until flame goes out. Liquid in pan should be hot and bubbly. Pour over vanilla ice cream and serve while hot.
