4 Pork Chops
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 1/2 t. Flour
1 1/2 T. Oil
4 Small onions (thinly sliced)
1/2 c. Beer
1/2 c. Hot Beef Broth
1 t. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork with salt and pepper, coat with flour.

Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add chops and fry each side for 3 minutes. Add onions, cook 5 minutes, turning chops once. Pour in beer and broth, cover. Simmer 15 minutes. Remove chops to a pre-heated platter. Season to taste.

Blend cornstarch with a small amount of cold water. Stir in sauce, cook until thick and bubbly. Pour over chops.
