1/4 c oil
1 # ground beef
1 c chopped green peppers
1/2 c chopped onions
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 can tomatoes undrained
1 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 c (uncooked) elbow macaroni
1 c whole kernal corn (drained)
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add beef, green pepper, onion and garlic. Stir frequently. Cook 5 - 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper until well mixed. Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to pkg directions; drain. Add cooked macaroni and corn to skillet; toss to ;mix well. Spoon into ungrased 3 qt. casserole. Sprindle with cheese. Bake.
