Oysters (As many as you like)
2-3 T. Butter
2 Slices Bread
Lemon

Directions:
Open the oysters, reserving the liquid. Melt butter in a skillet and toss in the oysters. Stir fry no more than 40 seconds, depending on the size of the oysters. DO NOT OVER COOK. Toast the bread. Using a slotted spoon, remove the oysters from the skillet and pile them on the toast. Pour the reserved liquid into the pan, swirling in the butter. Pour over the oysters and enjoy.
