1 galllina pequeña (Cornish hen)
miel de abeja
1/3 taza de teriyaki
1/4 taza de sillao (mejor bajo de sal)
pimienta, ajo molido y mostaza marrón (Guldens)
2 manzanas rojas (tipo Washington) peladas y
cortadas en dados finos
pasas negras
almendras cortadas en láminas y tostadas
2 cucharadas azúcar rubia
1 cucharada de jerez
una pizca de canela

Macerar la gallina por unas horas con el teriyaki, el sillao, pimienta, ajo molido y mostaza marrón (Guldens).

Mezclar las manzanas, pasas negras, almendras, azúcar rubia, jerez y canela. Rellenar la gallina.

Colocar la gallina en una fuente con trocitos de mantequilla encima y rocearla con hilitos de miel de abeja. Hornear tapado en 350 ° F. Destapar unos minutos antes de terminar la coccion para que dore.
