1 box graham crackers crushed
1/2 pound melted butter
small box lemon jello
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cooled Milnot evaporated milk

Directions:

Crust:
Mix graham crackers and melted butter together and press in a 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for about 5 min. and let cool.
Filling:
Add jello to one cup of boiling water add 3 Tbsp. lemon juice and let cool.
Cream together 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add to the cooled jello.
Whip chilled Milnot and fold into mixture.
Pour into graham cracker crust and top with extra graham crackers.
Chill until set.
