3 1/4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
3 sticks butter
6 eggs
3/4 cup 7up
2 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter at room temperature, add sugar, until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, add lemon extract. Add 7up a little at a time. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Ruby makes the most wonderful deserts. This old fashioned 7up cake along with her signature pound cake and peach cobbler are to die for.
