1 pierna de chancho

Por cada libra de peso de carne agregar la siguiente
maceracion:

1/2 cucharita de sal
1 pizca de pimienta
1 cucharadita de aceite de mani
1 grano de ajo molido o 1 cucharadita de ajo fresco
1 cucharadita jugo de limon
1/4 cucharadita de oregano seco

Abrir hoyos pequenos en la carne e incorporar la maceracion.
Macerar y refrigerar por 24 horas. Retirar del refrigerador una
hora antes de hornear. Agregar 2 a 3 tazas de cerveza.
Hornear tapado en 350. Para el tiempo de coccion calcular 22
minutos por cada libra de peso. Destapar y dorar unos 15
minutos antes de terminar el tiempo de coccion.
