1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion
2 carrots sliced
1 green pepper sliced

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube

Mix first 6 ingredients together and form meat balls and fry. Set aside and stir fry veggies until tender. Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened and clear. Combine meatballs, veggies and sauce. Heat thoroughly and serve with steamed rice.
