2 large cans Bush's baked beans (approx 2lbs each)
1 lb good bacon, chopped in 1" pieces
1 med yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 cup dark brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in cast iron skillet until brown and crisp. Pour off all but one tablespoon of the drippings. Saute' onion in drippings until soft. Drain some of the liquid from the canned beans. Combine beans, cooked bacon, onions, catsup, mustard, and brown sugar in large oven proof casserole dish. Stir gently until combined. Place in 350º oven and cook for 45 minutes.
