3/4 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 squares baking chocolate
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350. Combine above ingredients except egg whites. Beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff in a separate bowl and fold into cake mixture. Pour in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
