3/4 pound breakfast sausage
1/2 cup medium bottled salsa ( not the chunky type)
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 of a 4 oz can of green chilies
olive oil
24 won-ton wrappers
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in heavy skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, breaking up with a fork. Drain off fat. Add salsa, cheeses and green chilies to skillet and simmer until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Cool completely.
Preheat oven to 350º. Brush mini- muffin cups with olive oil. Press 1 wonton wrapper with a generous tablespoon of mixture. Bake until wonton wrapper edges begin to brown, about 10 minutes. Transfer tartlets from muffin cups to baking sheet. Bake tartlets until bottoms are crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer to serving platter and place a dollop of sour cream on each.
